Eligible participants include:
1. The race route is determined by the committee. All participants will start together at the designated starting point and must finish within the specified time limit.
2. This is a self-supported race.
3. Drafting is not allowed, except with a fellow team member.
4. Cyclists must rely solely on their own human power. The use of motorized vehicles, e-bikes, or assistance from other cyclists is strictly prohibited.
5. Participants must save proof of their cycling activities. The committee reserves the right to conduct spot checks when necessary.
6. GPS trackers must remain active at all times.
7. Helmets and bicycle lights are mandatory. The committee will inspect participants' bike equipment before the start of the race.
8. Participants must obey traffic regulations and respect local customs.
9. All participants are expected to uphold the spirit of self-support and equality.
10. Lintang Flores does not provide support such as medical assistance, security, mechanical services, or evacuation.
The Lintang Flores event is a self-supported cycling competition, meaning there is no assistance or support from the committee. Participants are expected to prepare themselves, their bicycles, and the necessary equipment.
1. The Lintang Flores Race will take place from April 27, 2025, to May 1, 2025, covering a distance of 1,000 km with an elevation of 19,000 m and a time limit of 100 hours.
2. Participants are expected to have the ability to ride bicycles safely and are required to adhere to all applicable regulations and laws.
3. Safety equipment such as bicycle helmets, bicycle lights, and proper shoes must be worn at all times.
4. Participants should be aware that cycling inherently involves risks and dangers. These may include falling, collisions with motorized vehicles or other cyclists, encountering visible or invisible obstacles, and potential injuries caused by bicycles or their components.
5. It is important for participants to ensure they are in medically fit physical condition before joining the race.
6. The committee reserves the right to use participants' names, photos, and videos taken during the event for promotional and publicity purposes.
7. By participating in Lintang Flores, participants agree to accept and bear all associated risks, including those that may cause injury or even death.
8. By registering for the Lintang Flores Race, participants, along with their associated parties, fully release CV. Teman Gerak Indonesia, the committee, sponsors, and any companies associated with the event from any responsibilities, claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise directly or indirectly from participation in the event.
